When applied to leadership, rewilding for leaders involves adopting a mindset and practices that reconnect individuals with their innate leadership capabilities, authenticity, and creativity, often by ritualizing and drawing inspiration from natural systems and processes.

Retreat Location:

The Adirondack Mountains boast more than 2,000 miles of hiking trails, over 3,000 lakes and ponds and 1,200 miles of rivers. Ava land features pavilions and hammocks, meditation yurts, an open meadow, and a 12,000 square foot event space. If you walk to the edge of the property you will find a peaceful point. We are a preservation space for the natural world, including wetlands and Monarch butterflies. Ava Land is home to our farm and garden. The land lends guests to hours of sun and forest bathing.
