About the event

Tea & Tarot is a community focused group where participants gather over tea to explore life’s questions through tarot card pulls. Each card serves as a springboard for discussion, helping members reflect on its personal meaning and connect with others in a relaxed, supportive space for self-discovery and community building.

  • In challenging times, it’s easy to feel isolated. I want this space to be welcoming, where people can share personal experiences, learn from different perspectives, and have their stories witnessed, and will foster connection and a sense of belonging.

  • Tea & Tarot offers a unique way for people to engage in meaningful conversations and reflect on the past, present, and future in a way that honors intrinsic knowing and ancestral wisdom.

  • This space highlights Restore Forward’s values of cultural awareness, community connection, and holistic healing

  • An intention setting session offers community members a chance to prioritize weekly self-care while practicing emotional regulation and developing active goal-setting skills and an awareness of one’s agency.

  • I believe a guided meditation session centered on intention setting is a unique offering for clients. I believe the integration of multiple wellness themes in a structured, accessible format aligns with Restore Forward’s mission of holistic wellness by addressing the needs of the whole person (while engaging in trauma-informed practices).
